*When using balms or butters, be sure to use the spoon provided and keep it clean to avoid contamination of the product.

*Never reach into the jar with wet hands, as introducing moisture can increase the risk of bacterial and mold growth, as well as accelerate rancidity.

*When using any oils, avoid touching the dropper to your skin, as this can transfer bacteria from your skin to the bottle.

*It is important to keep the lid sealed at all times to minimize light and air exposure.

*Since these are preservative free, it is best practice to maintain a clean environment inside the jar or bottle at all times.

What is your return policy?

At Golgotha Apothecary, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our items, we can only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photograph of the damaged item. Once we have reviewed the damage, we will process an exchange or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

*Please note that certain products, such as body butters and balms, may melt during shipping. This is a known risk associated with the shipping process and does not qualify as a damaged product. Melted products can be placed in the refrigerator to solidify again and will retain their quality and benefits.

How should I apply your face oils?

For best results, apply 3-4 drops to fingertips and rub fingertips together. Then dab all over damp, freshly washed face and gently massage into your face and neck using upward strokes. Apply any water based serums or moisturizers first, and then apply the face oil to lock in moisture. Do not apply to a dry face.
