At Golgotha Apothecary, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our items, we can only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us, golgothaapothecary@gmail.com or you can use the contact form, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photograph of the damaged item and may need it returned to us, depending on the situation. Once we have reviewed the damage, we will process an exchange or issue a refund, depending on the situation. *Please note that certain products, such as body butters and balms, may melt during shipping. This is a known risk associated with the shipping process and does not qualify as a damaged product. Melted products can be placed in the refrigerator to solidify again and will retain their quality and benefits.Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Golgotha Apothecary!
How long will it take to receive a refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
